20th Century Fox approached Lightwave – a company who specialises in recording experiences through physiological responses – to assist in promoting their film The Revenant.
I was set with the task of taking the raw data information (heart rate, electrodermal activity and motion) collected at the preview screening of the film from people wearing medical-grade wearable technology. The most challenging aspect of the task was likely displaying the information in a digestible and readable fashion whilst sticking with the 1820s survivalist, wintery theme.
The final product got extensive media attention, the most notable of which being the Daily Mail, Forbes, Yahoo and Buzzfeed USA.
